Nitschneider & Partners was established in 2004. Our firm provides specialised legal services in the area of labour and commercial law to local and foreign enterprise entities. In the Slovak Republic we are  notable and reputable boutique specialized on employment law issues. We won the title “Emplyoment Law Firm of the Year” in the years 2013 and 2015 and we are ranked by Chambers and Partners as one of the labour law leaders.  

Our goal is to provide highly professional legal services. We have extensive experience in international transactions. We offer business-oriented solutions as well as flexible approach and speed of response to the most possible extent. We provide legal services meeting high international standards. Our Partners and Senior Associates have extensive experience acquired while practicing law abroad.

Dušan has extensive labour law litigation practice with a focus on wrongfull termination cases with white-collar employees and non-competition matters. As a part of his activities he provides training and counselling to clients, various public authorities as well as foreign institutions.

He assisted UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions  S.C.p.A. with establishing new employment system after UniCredit Bank demerged into several independent entities; he was preparing new draft of the Collective agreement conbining old collective agreements and renegotiated it with newly established trade unions.

He provided Kia Motors Slovakia with legal services regarding equal treatment of agency and core employees.

He has provided notable clients i.e. Oracle, Royal Bank of Scotland, Novo Nordisk, ICON Clinical Research, SANOFI AVENTIS, Eli Lilly Slovakia,  HARTMAN – RICO,  Pilsner Urquell, Whirpool, with various high qualified labour law counselling.
